Producing about 200 million pieces of metal parts monthly
We operate three factories that cover a total of 10,000 square meters and house Japan-made equipment for stamping, machining, heat treatment, plating, cleaning and assembly. Each month, we produce 70 sets of precision molds, 80 million pieces of metal stamping parts and 100 million pieces of shaft parts. We can not only satisfy volume demands, but also accept any minimum orders. Our delivery lead time is two weeks.

We source raw materials like stainless steel, brass, aluminum, cupronickel alloy and carbon steel from 10 suppliers that have worked with us for over five years. Our 50 QC members use Japan-made instruments to conduct strict inspections. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000- and ISO14000-certificated.
